Although E3 is a long way ahead, Microsoft is anxious to reveal Project Scorpio.
The new gaming console, a much powerful version of the Xbox One, might be unveiled in the next few weeks and new technical details about the console will arrive on April 6th o this year. At that date we will learn what Microsoft refers to when talking about the most powerful gaming console in the world.
The presentation event of Project Scorpio will take place before E3 and Microsoft is planning to use this opportunity to showcase the console’s abilities, especially the possibility of playing games at 4K resolution.
A pretty important person of the gaming industry known as shinobi602 has leaked the info regarding the announcement Microsoft is planning to make saying that the tech specs of the Project Scorpio gaming console are impressive. This is the same person who talked about a game that turned out to be Horizon: Zero Dawn.
There are other good news for those who are waiting for Project Scorpio to arrive. The gaming console will be announced at the same time as Forza Motorsport 7 video game, the game being ideal to showcase the abilities of the new gaming consoles. Also, other available games will be State of Decay 2 and Crackdown 33.
Other games that will support 4K resolution will be Read Dead Redemption 2, Star Wars: Battlefront 2, FIFA, Madden and the new Call of Duty game.
The Project Scorpio gaming console was first revealed at the E3 event back in 2016 so far we know that the console will pack an octa core processor with 6 TFLOPS processing power being perfectly capable of supporting 4K resolution.
